Customer Feedback Makes Me Smile!

Now that Tray Vous has been available for purchase, there is nothing more rewarding than hearing back from my customers about how satisfied they are with my product. As a parent who originally created Tray Vous to make my life easier and more enjoyable for my toddler, I'm so happy to know families all over the world are experiencing the same benefits from their tray.

I’d like to commend you on your honesty and quality control…many developers wouldn’t have reached out to their customers at all, never mind provided them with the improved version of the product.  As for the evolution of products, my husband is an engineer and has gone through the development process many times, so we are familiar with the amount of time it takes and how products need to be used buy the customer to work out all the bugs (despite having gone through a thorough testing process).
